Executive Function Coaching

Ongoing support for managing complex, long-term work

Executive function coaching is for people who don’t need subject instruction, but do need systems that work over time.

We focus on planning, prioritization, and accountability for complex work with long timelines. Unlike session-based support, this work includes ongoing oversight and support between meetings. It’s great for managing a dissertation or thesis, sustaining momentum on research or writing projects, or keeping responsibilities from slipping through the cracks.

How It Works

Executive function coaching is structured, ongoing work. While each engagement is individualized, most follow a similar rhythm.

Typically, this includes:

  • Regularly scheduled sessions (usually weekly or biweekly)
  • Collaborative planning and prioritization
  • Systems for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress
  • Accountability and follow-up between meetings
  • Adjustments over time as projects, demands, or circumstances change

This service is designed for complex work with long timelines, where consistency and follow-through matter more than one-off problem-solving.

Executive function coaching is distinct from subject tutoring or crisis support, and is designed around a defined scope and availability.
